Create your estate plan with The RELAX™ Estate

We partner with The RELAX™ Estate, an easy, step-by-step estate planning platform. You create your own documents with its guided tools, and we walk you through the process and answer your questions about how it works.

Not sure which plan fits? We can quote estate planning packages for you and help you choose the one that fits your family.

  1. Get started. We set you up with The RELAX™ Estate and show you how it works.
  2. Create your documents. Follow the guided steps to build your will, trust or power of attorney.
  3. Sign and notarize. We meet you to complete the signing, with witnesses if you need them.

Documents we notarize

  • Wills, including self-proving affidavits
  • Living trusts and trust certifications
  • Durable and financial powers of attorney
  • Healthcare powers of attorney and advance directives
  • Deeds and other property transfer documents
  • Guardianship and caregiver forms

Why families choose us

  • We travel to you: homes, hospitals, assisted living and nursing facilities across Baltimore City and County, Carroll, Harford and Howard counties
  • Patient and careful: we take the time each signer needs, and we check every page for signatures, initials and dates before we leave
  • Experienced: 10 years and 5,000+ signings
  • Flexible hours: available 7 days a week, including evenings
  • Need witnesses? We can bring or arrange them. Just ask when you book.

How it works

  1. Book your appointment. Tell us what documents you have, how many people are signing, and whether you need witnesses.
  2. Get ready. Have your documents ready and unsigned, and make sure every signer has a valid, unexpired photo ID.
  3. We meet you. We confirm each signer's identity, watch them sign, and complete the notarization.

FAQ

Can you write my will or trust for me?

We're not attorneys, so we can't write documents for you or give legal advice. You create your documents yourself with The RELAX™ Estate's guided tools, and we help you through the process and notarize them. If your situation is complex, we recommend talking with an estate planning attorney.

Already have documents from an attorney?

Great. We'll come to you to complete the signing and notarization.

What if the signer is in the hospital or a care facility?

We can meet them there. The signer must be alert, able to understand what they're signing, and have valid photo ID. Please check the facility's visitor rules before we arrive.

What ID is accepted?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a state ID, driver's license or passport.

What are your fees?

We can quote estate planning packages for you. Your total depends on the package you choose, the number of signers and travel. Call or text 410-881-7918 or book a free consultation for your quote.
